📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage pre and post-contract activities, including contract administration, tendering, and negotiation.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Optimize project costs and prepare accurate cost reports.
- Conduct quantity surveys and prepare bills of quantities.
- Monitor project budgets and prepare financial forecasts.
- Prepare and manage change orders and variations.
- Provide regular financial updates to project stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial documents.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration and quantity surveying.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, CQS) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
