In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory, ensuring that we have the right parts at the right time, and coordinating with our suppliers to maintain a steady flow of spare parts. You will also be responsible for overseeing our after-sales service, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize inventory levels using SAP and Oracle systems to ensure timely availability of spare parts.
• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain a steady flow of spare parts and other inventory items.
• Oversee the after-sales service process, from customer inquiries to service completion, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to inventory management and after-sales service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Proven experience with SAP and Oracle inventory management systems.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
