Kufong Therapy Centre is a trusted name in natural therapies, with multiple branches across Bali. We offer a wide range of services including aromatherapy, reflexology, and traditional Balinese healing treatments. Our team is dedicated to providing personalized care and helping our customers achieve their wellness goals.
In this role, you'll manage daily operations, develop and implement marketing strategies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. You'll have the chance to grow your leadership skills while contributing to the success of a well-established company in the wellness industry.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the branch.
- Manage and mentor a team of therapists and support staff.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the head office to ensure brand consistency across all locations.
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill your team.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the wellness or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of natural therapies and wellness practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in first aid and CPR.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
