📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to industrial gas production processes.
• Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance productivity and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for production processes and equipment.
• Participate in safety audits and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide technical support and training to operational staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations engineering, with a focus on industrial gas production.
• Proven track record of optimizing production processes and improving efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of industrial gases, process control systems, and automation tools such as SCADA, PLC, and DCS.
• Certification in industrial safety and compliance (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
