As a University Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent from universities across the country. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we find the best candidates for the job.

This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Identify and recruit top talent from universities across Indonesia.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we find the best candidates for the job.
• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including university career fairs, online job boards, and social media.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.
• Provide feedback to candidates and follow up on applications.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a tech company.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and the ability to build relationships with universities and students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for technology and a desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
