In this role, you'll daily interact with customers, understand their requirements, and provide expert advice on our extensive range of motorcycles. You'll also manage inventory, process sales transactions, and ensure a seamless customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable motorcycles.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.
• Process sales transactions using our in-house Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the motorcycle industry.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom to enhance the customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Knowledge of motorcycle brands and models is a plus.
• Familiarity with using Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Valid motorcycle driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
