📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the logistics or manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
