• Develop and propose customized vacation packages tailored to the preferences and needs of Japanese travelers.
• Provide expert advice on local attractions, cultural experiences, and hidden gems in Bali.
• Collaborate with travel agents, tour guides, and destination specialists to ensure seamless and exceptional travel experiences.
• Utilize industry-leading tools such as Sabre, Amadeus, and Expedia to book flights, accommodations, and activities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, regulations, and best practices in the industry.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, maintaining open lines of communication and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain Japanese travelers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluency in Japanese, both written and spoken, with a strong understanding of Japanese culture and customs.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a sales or advisory role.
• Proven track record of success in developing and proposing customized travel packages.
• Excellent knowledge of Bali’s tourism offerings, including attractions, activities, and local customs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using travel industry software, such as Sabre, Amadeus, and Expedia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to various destinations in Bali.
