📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts.
• Forecast demand accurately using historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors.
• Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and lead times to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain inventory reports and dashboards for real-time visibility into inventory performance.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management processes and drive operational excellence.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in inventory management and demand planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, or a related role.
• Proficient in using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Certification in inventory management or demand planning is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
