📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations for financial decision-making.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial supervision or a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
