📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Coordinate project execution and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that all deliverables are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and status.
• Ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations and project management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
