As a Beauty Content Creator & KOL Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that resonate with our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing team to identify and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers on TikTok and Shopee, ensuring our brand's visibility and credibility in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategies for TikTok and Shopee to promote beauty products and services.
• Identify, engage, and collaborate with top KOLs and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reach.
• Create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand's values and resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Manage and grow our presence on TikTok and Shopee, ensuring consistent and high-quality content.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
• Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Proven track record of successful collaborations with KOLs and influencers.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Shopee algorithms and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Proficiency in using content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a passion for beauty and social media trends.
