Join Medion Farma Jaya, a leading multinational pharmaceutical company specializing in veterinary medicine since 1976. We are seeking a dedicated Animal Health Technical Support Specialist to provide expert guidance and support to our clients in Bandung, Jawa Barat.

As an Animal Health Technical Support Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for all things veterinary medicine. Your daily tasks will include conducting product demonstrations, training veterinarians and animal health professionals, and providing technical assistance to ensure optimal product usage. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure our clients have a seamless experience with our products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert technical support and training to veterinarians, animal health professionals, and clients
• Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to educate clients on the benefits and proper use of our veterinary medicines
• Assist the sales team in ensuring smooth product implementation and usage
• Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and product enhancements
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in veterinary medicine
• Collaborate with the product development team to provide valuable insights and suggestions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and training materials
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in veterinary medicine or a related field
• Strong knowledge of veterinary pharmaceutical products and their applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English
• Valid certification in veterinary medicine or a related field is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
