📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote the store.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing to attract customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.
