📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.,Monitor and analyze client performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of client needs and business objectives.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.,Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to discuss performance, provide updates, and address any concerns.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.,Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and key decision-makers at client organizations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industry.,Proven track record of managing key client relationships and driving sales growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.,Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
