📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the field service team, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional service to customers.,Coordinate and plan service activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of vehicles, identifying and addressing any issues to prevent breakdowns and ensure vehicle performance.,Provide technical support and guidance to field service technicians, helping them to resolve complex issues and improve their skills.,Maintain accurate records of service activities, including customer information, vehicle details, and service history.,Develop and implement strategies to improve field service operations, such as implementing new technologies or processes.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and provide training to field service technicians on safety procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service management or a similar role in the automotive industry.,Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and maintenance procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.,Proficient in using computer software and tools for managing service activities and maintaining records.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, such as ISO and OEM specifications.
