📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of branch staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to achieve sales targets.,Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including inventory management, customer service, and sales activities.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the regional manager.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.,Participate in training and development programs for branch staff.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in the retail or sales industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team effectively.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
