📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Promote products and services to increase sales and market share.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of the retail industry and market trends is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, English is a plus.
