📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Create and maintain job descriptions and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Conduct background checks and reference verifications to ensure the integrity of candidates.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team to ensure a positive and efficient hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and hiring.,Proven track record of successfully filling positions and meeting hiring targets.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
