Oversee the production process from start to finish,Ensure that all products meet quality standards,Manage and mentor a team of production staff,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Implement and maintain safety protocols in the production area,Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections,Maintain accurate records of production data

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the coffee production industry,Knowledge of coffee production processes and quality standards,Experience in managing and leading a team,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with health and safety regulations,Computer literacy, particularly in spreadsheet software,Ability to travel, if required
