📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, adhering to health and safety standards.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in retail or sales.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
