📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, landscaping, and facility repairs.
• Address tenant concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the safety and security of the estate, including monitoring access points and responding to emergencies.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas and facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, schedules, and inventory.
• Collaborate with the property management team to implement and monitor maintenance plans.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to improve maintenance operations.
• Promote a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate maintenance, facility management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants and other stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
