📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse staff.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods within the warehouse.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Work closely with the management team to identify and implement improvements in warehouse operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
