Port New Ekspansindo is looking for a dynamic and professional Lead Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages accurately and promptly.,Schedule appointments and meetings for the team.,Maintain accurate records of visitor and client information.,Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.,Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with customer service best practices and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.
