📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Perform and review laboratory tests to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
• Train and mentor junior lab technicians.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Ensure proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Participate in quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate test results.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
• Proven track record of managing laboratory operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
