📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Install, configure, and support hardware solutions for our motorcycle projects.
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues.
• Collaborate with the software development team to implement and support hardware solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest hardware technologies and industry trends.
• Provide training and support to other team members on hardware-related topics.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on hardware.
• Strong knowledge of server and network hardware, including brands like Dell, HP, and Cisco.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with storage solutions like EMC, NetApp, and Dell EMC.
• Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA Server+ are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
