CV Sawit Usaha is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. This is an immediate opening, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating our fleet operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and logistics. You will work closely with our team to maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and logistics.
  • Ensure all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule and manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and costs, and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of all vehicles and ensure all drivers adhere to safety protocols.
  • Work with the logistics team to plan and optimize routes for maximum efficiency.
  • Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
