📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps.,Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality training.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to employees to enhance their performance.,Collaborate with the HR team to align training programs with organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
