📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Provide training and mentoring to junior sales staff as needed.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
