Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that processes are running smoothly,Working closely with the Operations Manager to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitoring and analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement,Developing and implementing operational strategies to meet company goals,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Managing and mentoring a team of operations staff,Resolving operational issues and ensuring that they are resolved in a timely manner,Collaborating with other departments to ensure that operations are aligned with company goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
