📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.,Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.,Assist in the development of the marketing budget and plan.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with marketing software such as Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or Google Analytics is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
