📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations including inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.,Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their performance and contribute to team success.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage reordering processes to maintain optimal inventory levels.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of weekly and monthly reports to the Store Manager and senior management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support in-store promotions and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and customers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is advantageous.
