📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist senior engineers in the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.,Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance with technical specifications.,Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.,Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Monitor project progress and identify potential issues to mitigate risks.,Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and bids for new projects.,Provide technical support to field teams and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related fields).,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.,Strong understanding of engineering principles and best practices.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
