📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor the resort’s financial activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciling accounts.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial management.
• Support the finance team in any additional projects or initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality or luxury sector.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
