📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing training, guidance, and motivation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store audits and quality control measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
