📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage the recruitment process for Data Center and Technology roles.
  • Source, attract, and recruit top talent for our team.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver the best candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Contribute to the development of our employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in the data center or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with recruitment software and tools.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.
