As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring that we meet and exceed our sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including staffing, inventory, and sales.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.Train and mentor the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Ensure that the outlet is maintained to a high standard, both in terms of appearance and functionality.Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and events.Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, and that the outlet is a safe and pleasant place for customers and employees.Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and other key stakeholders.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
