🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
