In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our visitors. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and guest inquiries.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Promote community events and activities, fostering a sense of belonging among our guests and residents.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies and information are readily available.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in marketing efforts, including promoting special events, workshops, and other community activities.,Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, supporting team collaboration and open communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.,Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or community management is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and office software.,Passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive community environment.
