📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing of goods and services,Maintain and update supplier records and databases,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services,Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed,Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and receipts,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations,Support the procurement team in managing supplier relationships and negotiations,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus,Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure🛠️ Keahlian
